Email is still a primary driver of sales for arts organizations. For the last two years at Boot Camp, we’ve presented introductory level sessions on email marketing that provided strategies, tips, and tricks to help organizations incrementally improve their email programs. This year we are going to dive into Email 2.0 with two organizations: The National Ballet of Canada and Opera Philadelphia.

In this session, marketers from each organization will discuss how they are taking their email marketing to the next level using segmentation, triggered emails, customization, and other advanced tactics to drive open rates, engagement and sales.
