Lauren is the Director of Marketing & Communications for The New 42nd Street – the organization that oversees the redevelopment and reinvention of the historic theater properties on 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues in Manhattan, and operates The New Victory Theater – New York’s first and only theater dedicated to kids and families, and the premier theater and dance rehearsal space in NYC – the New 42nd Street Studios. She previously served as Press and Marketing Director for the Williamstown Theatre Festival and managed communications for Blue Man Group and the Contemporary American Theater Festival. Lauren held the Rea Fellowship in General Management at the Guthrie Theater and served as the Assistant Managing Director of Living Stage, Arena Stage’s theater for social change. Lauren is the Executive Producer of The Last Goodbye – a musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet featuring the music of Jeff Buckley, which debuted under the direction of Tony-nominee Alex Timbers at The Old Globe Theater in San Diego. She serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for SPACE on Ryder Farm, a nonprofit artist residency program housed on a working organic farm in Brewster, NY. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Leadership Studies.
