Kathleya Afanador manages Programming and Content Acquisition at TenduTV, a digital network for the performing arts that delivers video on demand in 60 countries through platforms including iTunes, Google Play and Amazon Instant Video. Initially, she was a cognitive psychology researcher, focusing on human computer interactive systems, and subsequently worked in various marketing and project management roles for Emerging Pictures, BAM, LABAN, and the London Sinfonietta, among others. She was the dance editor for the book Arts America, and her choreography has been presented at festivals in the US, UK, and Sweden. Kathleya completed graduate studies in Arts Management at Columbia University and Choreography at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, and undergraduate studies in Cognitive Science and Dance at Cornell University.
