As the Supporter Experience Manager at charity: water, Kaitlyn Jankowski is responsible for helping supporters run successful fundraising campaigns online. She also leads the organization’s strategies for scaling personalization in a digital space.

Since joining charity: water in 2012, Kaitlyn has built strategies for everyone from six-year-olds to NFL quarterbacks. She has worked with world-famous musicians, professional athletes, YouTube celebrities, C Suite executives, and Hollywood personalities, among others, giving them the tools they need to run successful campaigns on charity: water’s online fundraising platform, mycharity: water.

Her strategic approach focuses on campaign success and year-over-year growth. She has worked with some campaigns that have raised a quarter of a million dollars, and has helped some repeat campaigns grow 100% year-over-year.

Kaitlyn also leads a team that manages the entire supporter experience—from strategy, to campaign creation, throughout fundraising, and through to the project reporting that tells every fundraiser exactly where their money goes.

Since 2006, charity: water has raised over $170 million dollars, with their online fundraising platform raising more than $37 million from 30,000 campaigners.
