Jennifer Zaslow is an Executive Coach who believes that power begins with finding your voice. She began her professional life in New York as an aspiring opera singer, an experience that led to a twenty-year career as a leader and senior fundraiser in the non-profit sector. She held the chief development officer role at three New York City cultural institutions: Manhattan Theatre Club, New York City Opera, and The New York Public Library, where – as Vice President for Development – she completed a $500 million capital campaign during the recession, and helped raise the Library’s endowment to $1 billion.
While working with a coach in 2013, Jennifer decided she wanted to bring her experience working with passionate, mission-driven leaders to the world of executive coaching. Today, as Partner at Clear Path Executive Coaching, Jennifer specializes in coaching leaders to create a broader vision for themselves and for their organizations. She works with clients seeking leadership development, reaching peak performance, navigating challenging work environments, and career transition. She also serves as a coach and trainer to MBA students as part of the NYU Stern School of Business Leadership Development Program.
Jennifer holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a CPCC coaching certification from CTI. She is a Trustee and Chairman of the Development Committee of Brooklyn Heights Synagogue and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 7-year-old son.
