Media consumption has dramatically changed in the last 10 years. How do arts patrons use media, both digital and traditional in their daily lives?
Capacity Interactive partnered with WolfBrown to conduct a study of thousands of performing arts ticket buyers across the U.S. and Canada. The objective of the study is to better understand how buyers use digital tools like social media to access content online, such as news and entertainment, and how often they still use traditional routes.
In this session, Capacity Interactive’s President, Erik Gensler, and WolfBrown’s Principal, Alan Brown, will talk about the results of this survey, the impact on the field, and data collection methodology used by more than 60 organizations to survey recent ticket buyers. The results of this international study will be shared publicly for the first time during this session.
